Well, those rocks look like that are great to be jumping, leaping and having fun on, but I was wrong! This is the spot where I fell, I face and body planted into the rock I'm sitting on. And my foot got lodged under the small rock there. At the time only my toe hurt bad, but by Wednesday my leg was hurting bad and the bruises had come out. Thursday, I decided to ride my motorcycle to work, the vibration was horrible and killed my leg! Horrible.
I discovered I'm 49 1/2 not 9 1/2, but will I do it again, you betcha!

05.20.12 - The End to Really Good Weekend
This was the best weekend with the girls. It was sad taking them home. Lil B didn't wanna go home and she cried when being dropped off. We explained to her that it would only be for 5 days and then there was going to be a huge surprise for them on Friday! She yelled back at us "It's going to be 5 days of HELL!" I hate that, I really don't know what is going on in that house, but when a 9 year old tells me that, something is not right. Ugh! We can't afford a lawyer to get custody of them, and worse yet, she would qualify for Legal Aid and get a Lawyer! It's horrible!
Like everything else we just have to leave it in God's hands and pray that he keeps the girls safe.

Brian and I finally went out to eat together. We rarely go to a real sit down place, but we have been looking for a car and we were out. So we it this place, it was pretty good.

05.05.12 - A New Tire
That's the new tire for my motorcycle. Now anyone that knows me, knows I love my bike, hugely. I take care of it and she's my baby. I probably got a few months on the tire, but since we are taking long rides to see the boys, I thought I would go ahead and get a new one.
You ever wonder how one tiny thing can have so many bad affects. Like here:
My bike was stolen in Sep 2011, found a few hours later, a good amount of damage. My back tire got two plugs thanks to someone jamming a screw driver into it twice! Jerk, thanks Brantley.
So the plugs make it where I have to get the tire changed sooner than it should be changed.
I called Cyclemax in Wilson, but I'm hold for a while and then a girl comes on and says they are busy, she takes a message.
Mean while I try to call my regular bike shop, Twin County Sports in Rocky Mount, but their line is busy. I tried several times.
I hear nothing from Cyclemax, so I try them again and again I have to leave a message.
I try my shop again, still busy.
Cyclemax calls back and I give them all the information on my bike. 2003 Suzuki Intruder. He asked what size it was, I told him 800. The guy then asked me if it was a Volusia, I don't even know how to spell that, because that's not my bike! I know my bike and I know without a doubt it's an Intruder.
They have one in stock. ok, great, Brian can pick it up on his way home. Perfect, it's right across from where he works, so real easy. I don't call my bike place back, they were busy anyways.
I drop my bike off to Marvin to get the tire changed. Marvin is a neighbor that does work out of his garage because he's on disability and can't work anymore. He's the one that did the repairs on my bike after she was stolen.
The bike is going to be ready this later today, so that's perfect. We catch up with the boys and set up to meet them at church tomorrow and have a visit with them. The weekend was going great, seeing them would be a fun way to end the weekend.
I go to pick up the bike and Marvin tells me that the tire is bigger than the other one. I ask if that's gong to be a problem, he said no, the tire will last longer, but Brian on the back might not work to well.
I get the bike home, Brian sits on the back and it's fine. BUT I notice that the tire is right on the bar of the frame. Brian says it doesn't look like it's been rubbing so it should be ok. I decide ok, fine.
We were inside cooking dinner and then I decide to make the Brownie Cheesecake and I can take some tomorrow to the guys. BUT then I go and look for eggs and we don't have enough!!!! lol Of course not.
Brian offered to go to the store for me, but I really wanted to ride a little bit on the tire, since it was really close, I was just nervous about it.
I jump on the bike and head to the little store about a mile and half away. When I get there I can smell burning rubber, that is a smell you just know! I ride back home and take it right to Marvin. I showed him the tire, he tells me it was a bear to get on.
Ok, alarm is going off in my head! 1st off he's waits to tell me the tire is bigger after he puts it on. Then after I already know it isn't going to work he tells me that it was a bear to put on. Come on, he never should have put that tire on. Give me a huge break here!
SO, Marvin has to put the old tire back on and of course he can't get it on in time for us to go see the boys tomorrow.
SO, we have to cancel that trip. I'm so disappointed, we finally get to meet them, Brian hasn't seen them in years and then with in two weeks we have to cancel because one tiny thing led to another that ended in sadness.
05.04.12 - Dinner Out
My day was kinda cruddy at points today. Off and on, it was an up and down day, I got home and cleaned the house up really, did some laundry and then decided I just want to out to eat. And I love this little Mexican Restaurant we have in town. San Jose, they have the best I mean the best on earth Chicken Nachos. The cheese sauce is out of this world. And if I'm going to gain weight I'm going to do it on that! Brian and I got there and sat out front to enjoy the loving evening air. They always bring us chips. I guess we were hungry, we devoured the chips and the salsa was way gone. The waiter came by and I asked for salsa. Well Sassy must have been his name, because he brings us back two cups of salsa, but NO CHIPS! lol I guess I had to ask for them as well. Just stuck me funny.
05.03.12 - A Lightening Show
We have been so hot lately, that in the evenings we have been having some really nice thunder storms. Well tonight we kinda lucked out and got to sit outside and enjoy the view of the lightening storm. We live in a pocket sorta, it rains all around us, but hardly ever at our house. So, Brian and I got to sit in the front yard and watch the show. Catching this on film was HARD! I had to video tape it, then convert it to capture shot. This was the best I could get. But I'm happy to have even this little bit!
05.02.12 - My T-Shirt
I went to Wally Land at lunch and was just browsing around. I have decided that I need to make myself leave the office for lunch everyday. I don't need to be stuck at my desk 9 hours a day. It's not like I have work to occupy me the 9 hours.
I found this shirt, on clearance! 5 bucks! I took a picture of it and sent it to Brian and he replies back I'm going to wear it! Oh no he's NOT! I was sure it wouldn't fit him. But look it did and he even STRETCHED when he had it on. Butthead!!! lol

05.01.12 - 'Anela and Stray Turtle
This is the stray turtle I almost stepped on in the ditch. It's actually a pretty yellow color. Not sure what kind of turtle it is. But 'Anela wanted her bad. I never did let her even get close and after I took a few pictures I put her back where I found her.
04.29.12 - Lazy Days
Lazy Sunday, but never to lazy to make some fun breakfast. This morning's come from the poo-er. lol Annemarie is all about toots and the bathroom, so when I saw this pancake toilet, it had her name written all over it. This morning I finally got to make it for her. It was fun. So very fun, even though she has a funny face on, she loved it when she first saw it! And all morning long she kept asking if she could have more poop! I love this child! lol
